Weighted weights help develop strength endurance and maintain muscle tone throughout the body. Suitable for aqua fitness, yoga, pilates, walking and other physical activities.
Aquaweights – are Velcro cuffs with five sections for weights. Each weight weighs 225 grams. This design makes it easy to adjust the weight without removing the equipment. The Velcro straps keep the cuffs securely in place and prevent them from coming off during intense exercise.
The diameter of the cuff is adjustable from 25 to 45 cm.
