Kick trainer short
Compositions
Description
The trainer consists of two latex cords, each 54 cm long. One end of the cord features a 55 cm nylon loop that is worn over the swimmer’s shoulder, while the other end has a wide nylon foot strap with adjustable length at the heel. As the swimmer performs kicking movements, the latex cord stretches and creates resistance, requiring additional effort to overcome.
The KICK TRAINER helps improve leg technique and maximizes leg engagement during training. It relieves ankle strain when swimming breaststroke and butterfly, while adding load to the abdominal muscles during swimming.
When folded, the KICK TRAINER takes up little space, making it convenient to carry both to daily training sessions and on training camps. The trainer is available in 3 resistance levels, allowing selection based on the swimmer’s skill level (the load level is determined by the coach).
Each resistance level corresponds to a specific color:– Resistance from 2.2 to 6.3 kg – yellow trainer (beginner level, children 6–12 years old);
– Resistance from 3.6 to 10.8 kg – green trainer (intermediate level, teenagers and adults);
– Resistance from 5.4 to 14.1 kg – red trainer (advanced level, experienced swimmers).
