Stretch band

The STRETCH BAND Expander is a versatile training and muscle warm-up tool. It can be used in any sport. The expander is compact and does not require special conditions for use or storage. It is so compact that it can be placed in a bag or pocket of workout clothing.

Each color of the expander corresponds to its own thickness and resistance:

Yellow: Thickness 0.2mm. Resistance: 2.36kg.
Green: Thickness 0.3mm. Resistance: 4.87kg.
Red: Thickness 0.4mm. Resistance: 5.97kg.
Dark Blue: Thickness 0.5mm. Resistance: 7.19kg.
Purple: Thickness 0.6mm. Resistance: 9.86kg.

The resistance of the expander is chosen based on the athlete's level of preparation and the tasks being solved.

With the expander, various exercises can be performed, ranging from light exercises to prevent injuries to more complex exercises with a large amplitude and power to develop explosive and speed-strength qualities of the swimmer.
