Grabber junior forearm paddles – paddles for teenagers to practice stroke technique in all swimming styles. They fix the correct wrist position and keep the "high elbow" above the water, preventing it from dropping and increasing stroke efficiency.

The innovative design of the paddles allows the hand and forearm to work as a single unit, helps to feel their connection, and emphasizes the height and rotation of the forearm during the stroke.

Special holes for water flow reduce resistance and improve the feel of the water. The thumb cutout ensures the correct palm position, and the anatomical shape takes into account the differences between the right and left hands. Soft silicone straps securely hold the paddle and provide a snug fit to the palm. The design supports different hand positions – closed or open grip.
