Stroke trainer

Stroke Trainer – a trainer for setting and improving swimming technique. The paddles are shaped like "eights" and do not increase the load, but fix the wrist and forearm in the desired position. The trainer is designed for freestyle on the chest, freestyle on the back, and breaststroke, suitable for both beginners and experienced swimmers.

The Stroke Trainer paddles improve stroke efficiency and arm recovery above the water, promote active engagement of the forearm, and reduce the risk of overloading the shoulder and elbow joints. The trainer is made of durable plastic with soft rubber inserts for reliable fixation and comfort during training.

The design with two closed loops fits onto the forearm and fingers, fixing the correct hand position in the stroke. The wrist and forearm remain in a straight line, the elbow is held in an optimal position, and the water catch becomes more precise and effective. If the technique is incorrect, the paddle slips off the hand, which helps to develop the correct motor skill and muscle memory.

S – 28 cm (for teenagers);
L – 34 cm (for adults).
